Using it is easier than having a managing agent involved, not more work. You stay in charge and approve what matters, and the building is better managed for less money.
For blocks of 1 to 500 flats. The price covers collecting service charges, chasing late payers, paying bills, compliance, repairs, company duties, the assistant and the year-end accounts.

LPE1 packs when a flat is sold
When a flat is sold, the seller’s solicitor asks for an LPE1 pack: the standard form of information about the building and its charges. BlockMind prepares it for the company and charges a fee for each pack.
